Reece, you refer to your guitars as being "born on" such and such date. Why "born on," and not just "Manufactured on?" |

Stephen that would be to ensure your product is "Fresh" take for example my Bud Light beer in my left hand it has a born on date of nov.02 2006, and that is important to me as I want to be the first to enjoy the freshness of a great beer or steel guitar, thanks for your question. |

How can we be sure he's not cloning these things. It's just not natural. This could get really scary.

How about spelling it "BILT" like on the little plaque between the necks on a '79 push/pull I saw? |

Everyone ever associated with MSA put their heart and sole into the building of our guitars, and we have always felt a close family bond.
My saying a guitar was "born" attaches a personal heart felt significance from all of us at MSA who truly care. There has never been a single person who did not understand the meaning of "born on date" when it comes to an MSA.
I have been providing dating information on MSA guitars for many years in rememberance of "our family", and those who chose to be part of what we consider to be "our family", by playing one of our guitars. |

I had a used or you could say born again MSA and regret ever trading it to Danny. Not that I got a bad deal or anything its just that it was maybe the finest Pedal Steel I have ever owned.(I have a 2006 Carter)
Danny is a great honest and trusting guy that you could never say anything bad about.
MSA's are built to last a lifetime or in this case 2 or 3 lifetimes. I do understand where Reese comes up with BORN! |
