looking for info on amp it has " A 94666 fender reverb" this is all that is on it.
does any one know what amp this i have not seen it but migh buy it next year if it is a good steel amp thanks

You need much more description than that. The serial number could be from any of the late-70's 100-watt Fenders; Twin, Showman, Quad, Super Six etc. The nameplate should have something on it - same with the paper tag inside.

Is it a head....if not, how many speakers and what type? How many tubes and what type?

Serieal numbers just aren't enough to pin down a model.

mr Sliff thank you i thought it might be the serial number. i am going to try to see the amp in two weeks and try to find more info on it
