Does anyone know if the Emmons company is still in business? From what I've gathered online, it appears not likely. I'd like to make some hats or maybe a bomber jacket with the logo on it (for personal use only) without getting into any trademark issues..

They are not in business but I would assume they still own the rights to the logo.

Several people have made Tshirts and Hats in the past few years, but I don't see them advertised anymore.
I assume maybe copyright infringement.

Thanks, Bill. I’ve come across old posts of people selling said hats and shirts which sparked some inspiration Smile

If you make a hat or a jacket for yourself then you can do whatever you want. But you cant sell them ! then Ron jr can sue you.
