First time I saw Barry Sless he was rocking a Shobud S-12 through some Tone Tubbies powered by a Two Rock. That was at least 10 years ago. Sounded great...he’s local, give him a shout! _________________ Dave Zirbel-

I`ve had a Two-Rock Studio Pro 35 watt, 1x12 combo for a few years.
I love it, a Fender type clean amp done right. Best parts, flawles workmanship.
Sounds like a good Twin to me, with less power, obviously.
I use it for smaller gigs or bigger ones miked, and if I need a lot of headroom, I`ll use a Showman. The tone is similar, though.... The speaker is a Double T 12”.
I`d love to test one of the big ones one day. Not cheap... _________________ Olli Haavisto

The Two Rock Classic Reverb is just a great tube amplifier. Has that certain sparkle and warmth, that a lot of solid state, and other amps don't. Easy to move around, will sound great with almost any speaker configuration and ohmage. But as mentioned, they are a tad bit on the pricey side. But when compared to other amps, with the same quality, their right in line.

Hey Charlie, Two Rock amps sound best when paired (like that foodie term?) with a new Sierra! just sayin'.... |
