Presleys has Dean Holman on steel. He's the best.

I've never been there but isnt there supposed to be a steel player in every bar and club in Branson?

Well, there's really not much of a "bar scene" in Branson. Branson Center Stage might have somebody picking. It's kind of catch as catch can in that regard. Over the 4th might be a little different. Raiding the Country Vault, Bald Knobbers, also good options. Enjoy.

No steel at Baldknobbers anymore. I'm not sure how much steel he's getting to play, but Robbie Springfield plays at Clay Cooper's show. Bob Tuttle plays an afternoon show for Tim Hadler and his Hank Williams show 'Hank Revisited". Sad to say, there is really no bar scene or nothing with steel. There's been alot of talk in town about the fact that there's no place to listen and Dance to live Country music, a few duo and trio acts on occasion and karaoke. There was time when Branson had over a dozen clubs to go and hear live music. Raiding the Country Vault is a really good show with steel. Come see me at Presleys, we play some good Country, Bluegrass and Gospel, plus some really good comedy. I play a fair amount of steel on the show, as much as I can.

You would probably have better luck with a new thread, with his name in it, than buried in a 3-year old thread with a generic sounding title.
