I am trying out the uni tuning and the one thing i can,t stand is the :boo wah pedal:! Do you HAVE to have that or is there any thing else that will do some thing for me? HUUUUMMMMM? Such as a different pedal? Thanks guys Old Dave

If you can't stand it, why do you want something that would do the same thing for you?

Dave, exactly why don't you like it? Do you know how to use the pedal? Have you ever played c6th pedal steel before?

Here's a reccomendation...
Reconfigure your Boo-Wha pedal to only raise your B strings (strings 5,9,12) one half step (this should be pretty easy to do using the existing hardware, assuming it is an all-pull guitar).
This pedal is now analogous to your E9th F-Lever (which raises E's to F's), tune it in a similar fashion (if you use JI), and it can be used much in the same fashon as the F-Lever is used in E9th, only in the context of the 6th tuning.
Let us know if you like that change.

Mr. Bovine, i said :some: not the :same" about the boo wah pedal, what i was meaning could i get some suggestions for a different set up for it. Thanks old buddy, Old Dave
