Purchased: 27/March/2008 at the Carter Factory.

Is that a lacquer finish? Can't tell, but is beautiful.

I believe that the finish is lacquer. It’s the same on the underside. The guitar is truly stunning. I still play vintage D-10 guitars or I would be tempted to keep it.
