Is the battery actavated when the jack is in the in position.

Here is some input I got direct from a conversation with Brad Sarno. The Black Box is a Free Loader with a tube buffer added. The variable Z on the Black Box and the Free Loader are wonderful for rigs that have a problem with too much high end, plus it's really convenient to have a tone control, to some degree. at your steel. If I didn't have a Black Box, I would be getting a Free Loader.
