WTB: Zum Encore or Equivalent

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and to pedal steel! I play many instruments but learning pedal steel has been my dream since I was small and listening to my dad.
I'm looking for an instrument that will be good for me as a beginner but also good for gigging once I get some learning under my belt.
I play strictly traditional country, so I think a single neck, E9 tuning, 3 pedals, 4-5 levers should be sufficient. I mostly want playability (no mechanical problems) and a great tone. DEFINITELY open to a vintage instrument.
Trying to stay around $2000. If y'all have anything or know of anything, drop me a line!
Thanks!
