Emmons p/p parts

I recently bought an early 80s Emmons p/p. This guitar is in need of much TLC. One of the tuners is broken (5th string on E neck). Also 2 of the 3/16" pedal down rods are stripped..These rods have been turned down to 1/8" on hook end. Any thoughts about replacement or repair of these parts would be greatly appreciated.

Billy Knowles or Lynn Stafford. Both are members, great guys and artisans when it comes to Emmons push pull guitars.
