I have an LDG that out of the blue won't lower my e's. Everything looks ok. Any idea's what to look for?

A new steel? Ha-ha....

Is your knee lever pulling the changer? If so, I have no idea why it's not pulling the 4 and 8. If it's not pulling the changer (if the nylon tuners are not moving in and out), check your lever's connection to the pullrods. It has to be a knee lever problem, if it's out of the blue. Your changer wouldn't suddenly seize up on the 4 and 8 only, and tuning wouldn't change that drastically right away.

I'm sure many more knowledgeable people will chime in here. In the meantime, I would look under the guitar and see if the lever is doing its job of pulling the changer.

That happened on my Pro III at a gig when a ball end from a broken string fell into my changer. I totally freaked out, but as I was trying to see what was wrong, I apparently freed the ball end from wherever it was stuck. I saw it fall out, and everything was fine from then on.

If it's the newer model LDG with the pot metal undercarriage, the lever that activates the cross rod may be cracked or broken. I had a Super Pro do that a few years ago.

The lever lowers the string but not to pitch. Tried moving the stop ,but no change.
