seeking a few missing pages from Newman's D lever course

Hello,
I'm working my way through Jeff Newman's D lever course, which I bought from Jeffran last year. I notice pages 23-26 are missing in the TAB book. If someone who has these pages could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

This course is so awesome I want to make sure I'm not missing out on anything.
