Here's 6 complete songs with the MSA and Fender Steel King. Details are on my web page. Steel is out front in the mix. This is a follow on to my orginal post with sound samples which are still on the page.

Nice sounding combo, Not reminescent of early MSA's at all.

I am a fan of bright and this certainly is bright. Wood body, good amp, fine player..
works for me..


You didn't mention which PUP was on the Steel..
Sounds single coil'ish to me..but what do I know...

Thanks Tony! Pickup is a single coil Truetone at around 16,600 ohms, same on both necks. I hope to add a new song every few weeks. Thanks also to Wiz Feinberg for finding such a good host for my web site.

Congrats, Greg. Loved the 3 part harmony on the chorus of Silver Bells. Reminds me of the stuff the Playboys did.....no one bothers to do that any more. Thanks!
