That would be pretty much the price on this guitar at a steel shop providing it were in excellent condition. The BMI guitars bring a good price in great condition. |

I had an older BMI for a while a few years ago. It was a good guitar, played easily and sounded good, but parts were wearing out. I sold it for $700.00 (S-10).
Generally, BMI and MSA guitars seem to sell for a little less than other famous brand names. This guitar and case look very clean, like it has not seen much use and no road time...
At this price, it is a good deal for a double ten. You could always contact the seller and make a lower offer. Tommy Dodd just sold a beautiful MSA double ten for a song...
Usually, a name brand double ten this clean, is going to sell for $2,000 or more.
My $.02 worth, milage may vary.

If you're looking for a BMI, something like that would be ideal. The price seemed a little high (given it's limitations), but if that's the guitar brand you really want, I doubt you'd find a nicer one. |

"You could always contact the seller and make a lower offer."
If the seller is a fair player on eBay, they'll forward that request to eBay and your account will be closed.
That's not the way eBay works. When you check the "agree" box when you sign up, you agree to play by the rules. Lowballing an auction is not in th rules.
Bad advice. |

I never buy something that I can't play first I would never bid on a large priced item only to find out it has to have a lot of work to be done as steels can have. |
