Those aren't "Marlen parts",, They are welding rod, and simple lock collars.. Go to any welding supply store , or any big box hardware/lumber store that sells welders and supplies, and get the rods. At the same big box stores or well stocked hardware stores they will have the proper size lock collars to fit the rods.. the small nylon washers might be tougher, but I have also found them at Lowe's, Home Depot etc.
If you can't find them in Nylon, they often have them in copper, or just plain steel, and you'll never notice the difference.
As I explained in another marlen post on this forum, I would go 1 size smaller on those pull rods. The ones that came standard fit too snugly in the changer and are prone to binding if more that 1 or 2 rods is involved in a pull... Your biggest problems are the inserts, but any machinist would be able to make a few up for you, or contact Michael Yahl at PSG Parts... If you have a way to measure them, accurately, you might find a few used ones here on this forum as well... bob _________________ I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!

Jim, I tried to post some links to the parts you need but the forum software keeps giving me an error message on a couple of them.
Michael Yahl has the bell crank inserts: https://www.psgparts.com/Barrel-Locking-Rod-Brass-BBL-250.htm
Tower Hobbies has the set collars and nylon washers, I will email the links to you, or you can just search for them at their website.
Good luck! |

Unfortunately Ian, those won't work. According to my information, the Marlens used a Ø5/16" barrel and the ones that I have are Ø1/4".
I do however have the rods and the set collars. They are 1/8" rods and you can find the set collars under the Emmons menu selection.
I just went up to the shop to check if the little nylon bushings that I have would fit those fingers but alas, they are too small. _________________ "Don't fergit to kiss yer horse!"
