I bent a tuner on my Allen Melbert 6 string and emailed Bob. He sent a new tuner at no charge that arrived in 4 days and instructions for installation. The service from Bob on this and all previous situations has been excellent! BTW- he is now making some very sharp CNC fabricated bodies.

Hi Bill, I've been so busy I haven't had time to update my web site with the new models. Here's a MelbertMaster 10 just completed and shipping out Monday. Weight was a consideration so the wood is poplar, walnut stain, George L's E-66 pickup.

Exactly 6" wide. This person wanted .330 string spacing at the nut and .375 at the bridge. Wider spacing at the nut or 12 strings instead of 10 would require more width on the tuner end. Length is 38", scale 23.25" but shorter or longer can be made. Next for completion is a D-8 going to the UK. |

I may, in fact, be nuts. However, I am screwed onto the right bolt... Jesus! |

Wow, that's a beauty!
I haven't had the time to give it the effort it deserves, but I'm still chuffed to be the owner of a basic Melbert 8. Everyone who sees it is impressed and as I noted back when it came, you couldn't ask for an easier guy to deal with. |
