Attempting to learn the outro to the live version of 'I Saw the Light' by Josh Turner, curious as to the tuning that the lap steel player is using?

I would assume this is G tuning. I base this on the fact that its Rob Ickes doing the playing.

Tom..The version to which I am referring is the live version recorded at Gaither's. The tune is in E flat and judging from his fret positions during the outro my guess is a form of open 'D' tuning. Was wondering if anyone knew exactly.
