Walnut cabinet. Guitar is in excellent condition with legs, leg pouch and case. $1000.00 plus insurance and shipping. Made in 1968.

That's gorgeous and a nice price! I have to say, though, I don't know which I'd prefer (already having a D8): the steel or that righteous Shiner bench!
