Very nice, those EHX pedals are getting crazy with how much they pack into them! I watched the ehx demo of this one as well, lots of interesting ways to use it. The shimmer would be really useful for adding in atmospheric pads. Less helpful for vintage Hawaiian but I could see myself using this for more pop styles...

Yes, this thing is small and lightweight, like a lot of stomp boxes are today. It has 11 settings and the parameters of each are adjustable. The user can get deeper into the parameters by using the mode button.

Sounds good, Doug.

I'm saving up for a Nunaber Immersive Reverb MK 2 for a pedal 'verb for ambient stuff.

EH just released a pedal called the Attack Decay that does reverse sounds and has a built in fuzz. They keep coming up with interesting and out of the ordinary pedals. You might want to check it out

The Oceans 11 has a reverse too. This thing has so many hidden settings in the mode button. I don't know how they fit so much into such a small unit. I bought it for it's great spring reverb sound, for surf guitar. You can set it for long, medium, or short springs, depending on where you want the splash to happen.
