On a current thread it was mentioned that there's an adapter that would allow an Emmons pedal to be used with another brand of guitar. Any info about that would be appreciated! Thanks! |

Just set it on the floor and it can be used with any brand of guitar.

I have several steels and I use the same VP on the Emmons PP the Emmons LeGrande II The Derby and The Performance steel.
They all fit the bracket on the pedal board.

I have 2 Emmons pedals... 1 has a drop pin and one has a fixed pin, but both require a hole in the top of the pedal bar. I don't want to drill a hole in my new guitar, and was wondering if there was a pedal adapter that would work with the pin set up... sorry if I wasn't clear on that. |

No adapter that I know of. I've used an Emmons VP for about the last 25 yrs on all brands of guitars. I've drilled the pedal bar to receive the pin on the pedal and also made 2 tabs to attach to the pedal bar so the VP can be connected to the guitar as if it were on an Emmons guitar. _________________ Cremation is my last shot at having a hot body...... |
