HOW DO YOU SETUP YOUR bOSS kANATA 100

Post by Jerry Recktenwald »

I have just got a Boss Kanta 100 was wondering how do steel guitar players set them up. [ I know on their feet upright] I am running a guitar and a psg thru a Boss gt8 to the amp. Thanks for any input. Jerry R

Jerry, I saw on the Steel guitars of Nashville page on face book of a demonstration on setting the amp up. They say for steel guitar you will want to the acoustic setting. They said that setting I what they reccomend over the clean. Then set your mids, lows, and highs to your usual setting. You do effects on it such as reverb and delay. You also have variable power settings you can use depending on the venue. I hope this helped

I like the clean setting . I use reverb and a little delay. It works great for me live and in the studio.
