Hi Folks, Emmons Legrande, Black, 8+8, kept in smoke-free studio.

- Authentic Emmons tone
- About a late 1988, early 1989 build, Serial 596L
- Fully functional and solid
- Stock pickup on E9th, about 18k, True Tone on C6, about 19k
- Standard knee placement on all 8 knees
- Standard height
- Leg bag included

Yeah, you have the Ab, Bb and C# on the C6th which a lot of steels sold here are missing..everything you need to get the great chord voicings BE used on his " Swingin' series which included a lot of great Standards.

Thank you Roger. Yes 8+8 has always been my favorite setup.

Very good perception Brad! That’s exactly how I resolved to the present tuning that I use. It was Buddy, and a man from Florida named Marshall Hall that I obtained this copedant from.

7 knees

Yeah Mark, Buddy used 7 knee levers on his Swingin' series..four knees levers on his C6th to get the B, Bb, C# and Ab..so many steels sold here only have 5 knees which omit the Bb, C# and Ab on the C6th tuning...chord voicings are important regardless of what level one plays...your steel is set up to do the job..good luck with your sale
