I was planning on going but it sure seems quiet? Is something going on? I can't seem to find any post?

Greetings,

This year's show looks like another great one with a great line up of artists. As of now the following are scheduled to play;

Jay Dee Maness and the California Band
The Cajun Connection
Chuck Back, Bill Bassett, Bobby Black, Pete Burak,
Jonathan Candler, Dee & Paul Carestia, Frank Carter, Bob Case,
Steve Cattermole, Doug Childress, Jim Cohen, Richard Comeaux,
Johnny Cox, Bill Cunningham, Tommy Dodd, Billy Easton,
Mark Giles, Paul Haaker, Russ Hicks, Dick Hitchcock,
Carl Johnson, Fred Justice, Chuck Lettes, Doug Livingston,
Hal Merrill, Kenny Morris, Tom Mossburg, Dell Mullen,
Johnny Oakley, Darrel Owens, Steve Palousek, Ron Pruter,
Joe Rogers, Rick Schmidt, Lynn Stafford, Herb Steiner,
Uncle Tony, Jan Wise, Christopher Woitach, David Wright,

Non-Pedal Session by Chuck Lettes and Bob Blair
with Bobby Black, Carco Clave, Chris Kennison, Doug Livingston and Dan Tyack.

***Please remember that schedules can change***

Larry Tolliver and Steve Palousek are doing another great seminar on speed picking and also working on a ballad. Bring your steels and sign up early. Their classes fill up quickly.

We're also doing a Basis 101 Work Shop after their class. This is free and open to anyone. If you're new to playing and you haven't had a chance to play in a band setting, this is for you. If you have basic questions about the best way to set your gear up, this is for you. If you want to give a test run to what you just learned in Larry and Steve's class, this is for you. It's open forum designed to give everyone a chance and most importantly, have fun! Bring you steels.

Phil Bradbury from Little Walter Tube Amps will be doing a free amp clinic where he'll be talking about tone stacks, tubes, speakers, etc. Lots of great information.

And of course we can't forget about the back up band with some of the best players available, great sound system and multi-camera video screen thanks to John Hensch.

We look forward to seeing everyone there!!

I’m so pleased to be playing guitar with several of my steel heroes, and especially to be invited again to play a jazz steel set - thank you so much!

This is going to be another fun weekend of music and camaraderie. Bill, be sure to add Bobby Black to the list of players for the Non-Pedal Session at this year's show. Looking forward to coming to sunny Phoenix.

Thanks Chuck. I knew that if I typed out all those names I'd mess something up.
