Probably going to take an uninstall (reboot the PC) then a reinstall. |

No, you won't lose your paid status. The only way that could happen is on a fresh install on a new machine, or a total re-installation of the operating system.
Nevertheless, I recommend saving the registration details you received when you paid for your license. I have needed those emails several times after hard drives failed, or I decommissioned an old PC and built a new one. If the software complains about excessive activations, I check online for a means to deactivate a prior computer to free up a license. Other times, an email to the vendor, or online chat may get a new license. _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum

I was asking about JavaScript, not the Java browser plugin; they are different things entirely. Scripting is used on websites to show and hide details, to present an enlarged image when you click on a smaller image, to fill in form fields, and even to display content. Some people use add-ons or extensions that block JavaScript by default, or as an option. If scripting has been blocked by an extension, some or all of the content may not appear and the page my even hang while trying to load that content.
Are you experiencing this type of behavior on other web pages, with the same browser? What make and version is the browser and operating system? _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum

Ok, found Java in Chrome browser, disabled, re-enabled and now I can open MWB. Don't know about javascript but so far so good with MWB. Os is Win 10 home 64 and Google Chrome is up to date
Version 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64-bit) I do have a auto fill in Chrome but don't have any problems with other programs. _________________ GFI SD10.Vegas 400, Oblong pedal, Rocket Scientist. |
