WTB: Shobud Fingertip

Post by Brett Robinson »

Hey y’all, I’m looking to buy an old Fingertip. I’d consider anything from a project to a collector guitar.

Thanks for any leads!

Wilsonville Oregon - he’s got lots of vintage Sho Bud guitars in various states of repair - and and some beautiful restorations already done.

Sho-Bud Fingertip model

Brett: I have one in my collection. The bellcranks are not original. Billy Cooper (Steel Guitar Shop) improved the pot metal originals by replacing them with Emmons bellcranks. After I got it back from him, I never finished putting in the pull rods. I don't have the pull rods, but that's all it needs. I just never got around to completing it, because I have 9 others that I play. I would sell it for $2800. plus shipping. Or, I'll just finish it and keep it. Thanks, Tommy.....
