You crushed that thing man, good job. I'd play around with adding a little more vibrato on notes at the end of phrases - I like to draw inspiration from good singers that use vibrato. Some of my favorite Danny Boy recordings on YouTube are by Peter Hollens and BYU Vocal Point.

Thank you Jonah for that advice, I will surely concentrate on the vibrato on the dwelling notes at the end of the phrases..I appreciate your help.

You are coming along very well. You know steel guitar is tough to play and for most of us it takes a lot of practice and playing time to play well. Please keep playing and post more videos.

Great playing, made me want to play that song, too :)
That sounds like the classic Walker Stereo Steel tone to me!
What is that very last chord/pedal-bend that you play?!

by George Frachiseur
Thank you Pete. The very last Chord is at the 15th fret and it is a Fmaj9 (thumb rake on strings 4567 with AB pedals down the letting off of the A pedal.

You certainly have excellent control of the bar and that son

You might get a zoom audio recorder to record steel, that equipment I have found catches the great tone of steel guitar. If you do a video of it and can do the audio on the portable zoom equipment and sync them, you will have great results if you can feed both into a video editing program. just a tip.

Call me if you want some advice.
