want to buy a 8 string from ebay

I have a supro 6 string lap steel; and I love the sound of this guitar. But i want to move up to a 8 string and I cant afford a really expensive guitar. There are several 8 stringed lap steels on ebay that i have looked at. Does anyone have a lap steel in mind that i might could buy

Buy an American made Melbert! Ask anyone on here who owns one...........can't beat it for the $$$$.
