I always use one of the two outputs on my Hilton VP for my tuner, and the other output for my amp. Has anyone every re-wired one of the two output jacks so that one output is always on and independent of the foot position? In other words, still have a signal to the tuner without the pedal all the way on. _________________ ***Bob*** |

For some reason, I didn't like going from the steel, into the Strobo HD Plus and out to my effects, and into my VP. I'm going to try doing that again and see if I lose anything in the signal. I would prefer to do this if it works. Is this what most people do? _________________ ***Bob*** |

As far as I know, the Strobo HD Plus has true bybass so I have it positioned right after the guitar and before the foot volume and/or effects.
It sure is handier that way.

Yes, I rewired both of my Hilton pedals so that the signal from the guitar goes to the middle jack, through a 100K resistor.
It's easy to get the 2 halves apart, but putting them together again takes patience. _________________ "To live outside the law you must be honest." (Bob Dylan) |

I went ahead and tried running in and out of the Strobo HD first, and what do know... It works just fine. Don't know what I was thinking.
So ya, I'm going to do that from now on and I won't have to worry about doing any rewiring.
Thanks fellas! _________________ ***Bob*** |
