Hi Gang, I broke a return spring(up next to the body and back by the changer) on one of my P/P's. Is there one of these critters out there? Thanks a million, Bill

I don't know about exact replacements, but a temporary fix until you get a spring would be to swap a spring from a finger that is not lowered (unless you lower every string).
The screw that normally adjusts the lowered note could be wound right in on the springless finger, to hold it somewhere near its usual position.

Just use needle nose pliers to bend another hook on the spring and re-use it. The bend on the spring is a square bend. JayDee.

The Emmons Company has these springs available. I purchased some from them a while back and they are real inexpensive. Hope this helps

Guys and Gals, looks like I'm fixed up thanks to my good friend Jerry Roller. Thanks to everyone that responded. Maybe I can return the favor or share my good fortune with another someday. Thanks Gang!...Bill
