Super Cool Fender Eric Johnson Thinline Stratocaster 2-color sunburst is the result of 2 years of development between legendary guitarist Eric Johnson and the skilled Luthiers at Fender. First conceived with the idea of creating a lightweight and resonant guitar, which combines Eric’s favourite semi-hollow guitars and Stratocaster, the Thinline Strat offers a custom chambered alder body which provides the best flavours of hollow and solid body guitars. Its alder construction is coupled with a maple neck and fingerboard, offering an incredibly balanced tone with a beautifully bright character. A '57 soft ''V'' neck profile provides incredible comfort across the entire fingerboard, while its vintage-style tremolo enhances its tonal capabilities. A set of custom single-coil pickups have been specifically voiced to Eric’s specifications, deliver a truly versatile performance and a unique tonal palate. Eric Johnson’s Signature Thinline Stratocaster comes complete with a hardshell case, making it the perfect companion for both fans and musicians.
