I have no connection to the seller.

The seller is about five miles from my house so I went and took a look at this guitar. It is in like new condition. It looks like it spent the last 40 years in the case. If you have an interest in a stock 800 (10 string 6 pedal) I wanted to pass this on as the pictures don't give you quite the detail. I had interest myself but I really like my 400 and feel that another steel would just sit in the case.

All the best,
Russ

You got that right, the pictures put up by the seller always seem to just show a 'logo' with very little detail where the real action takes place--can't see the changer head or nut AT ALL. Its like trying to judge condition on an old Bel Aire with just a hood ornament to look at. Talk about bonehead auctioneering...IMHO.
Just noticed where Baz is the high bidder...one of our own hangin' in. ~JZ~

It is like a "closet classic." If Baz wants an 800 this is as clean as it gets. When I called the seller I asked if he was a player. "No, I just buy and sell crap!" He is a nice guy and I believe would do the best to ship it well. All in all you need to make sure that it is packed correctly.
