I am, listen to Paul Franklins Demo of the speaker, in my opinion his assessment of the speaker response is spot on to me, Superb speaker, heavy though.

I have one in a 1-12.
It sounds big and has lots of low end. In a side by side comparison it is similar to an EV, and about the same weight.
I haven’t gigged with it much because I actually prefer the 80’s well worn EV. I think that old speaker has better balance and less punch. The PF still needs to be broken in, so it will improve.

Put one in my hot rodded peavey 112 . “Nashville 112 redux”

I don’t play much C6 so I can’t speak to that, but I have been very happy with it on the commercial neck. Solid bass response and very controllable midrange. The weight is another issue but I knew that going in.

When my back screams a little louder I might try a TT or an EPS. but until then I’m happy.

Just put the PF350 in my NV112 and I like it a lot...much better low end response, although a bit heavier, I think, for me it is worth the improvement...

The new PF 350 Eminence speaker. Who' using it.

I tried one and thought it was a very good sounding speaker. However, I just couldn't deal with the weight.I replaced it with a TT 12. Much lighter and sounded close to the PF 350. To me the difference in sound wasn't worth the difference in weight. I replaced the TT 12 with a JBL D-130 and to my ears, it beats them both.
I now have two Walker Stereo Steel cabinets and an Evans SE 200. D-130's in all of them. There's just something special about those old JBL's that I don't hear in other speakers I've had.

I also bought one (off the forum) and put it in my Nashville 112.

I have tin ears but to me it brings more meat to the sound. It rounds out my 112. I like it, and can always change it back or try it on other amps.

It is quite heavy.

I just received one this afternoon and put it in an old Twin Reverb cabinet that has been converted to a speaker only cabinet. I played it for about 45 minutes and found I had to turn the treble up substantially over what I would normally use with a JBL. What I like so far is that the high end doesn't bite your head off like sometimes happens with JBLs. I can get the sound bright without being piercing. I wish I could play a gig with it, but...

Best speakers I’ve found for my ears. Heavy and durable!

I've been playing through a single PF350 for almost a month, mostly pushing it with a Twin Reverb in a head cab. It really sounds fantastic. I've tried to go back to JBLs and they sound harsh by comparison. For most of my gigs before this Covid thing my amp was mic'd, so I don't think there is a need for two of those heavy speakers, but Cody's rig sure looks killer.

I think at least a part of that smooth, rich tone that Paul Franklin gets comes from his signature speaker.

I got my PF350 off ebay, midwestspeakers. There are lots of places on line that sell the speaker, including ebay and reverb.com.

Has anyone tried the PF-350 in a Fender amp with a Strat or Tele?

JON VOTH, how did it go with the installation regarding your 112? I have a 112 and I'm thinking of installing the PF 350 speaker.

Any noticeable difference between the original Peavey 112 speaker vs the PF305?

Yes, so as mentioned, it seemed fuller maybe, more lows.

I'm not seasoned much to describe characteristics, or even know what I'm looking for. And wish I could hear each back to back w/o taking time to switch it out.

But I like it.

For me, I couldn't get all the bolts in. I'd have to dremel the PF350 bolt holes inwards a bit. But no biggie.

But Ima take it out and try it in a Milkman 85W as soon as my cabinet gets built.

I’m using 2 PF-350’s in separate cabs but also trying one PF-350 & one PF-400 in a different scenario with many different head combos..ie; Twin, Boogie, Carvin etc. and they all sound great!.., love them!

I just got the PF-400 and I really like it. I was hoping for a little more low end, but the clarity and the detail of the sound is superb.
