whats the differents betwine 7A and 6A matchbox

Theoretically, just that the 7a has an on/off switch. However, I own both, and they react very differently with my steel. Gain switch on my 7a really adds gain, while on the 6a, it's more of a straight volume control. I'm probably going to sell one or the other and have to of the same kind.
