I've seen two different commercials with her in them. Sorry, but I don't think its appropriate. But then Col Sanders has been dead a long time, anyone trying to portray him doesn't come off with me.

You guys are missing the point entirely:

#1 What kind of lap steel is that fella playing at 0:28 and

#2 How does he make it sound so much like a pedal steel?

Best way to beat a chicken is to tell it what it don't like to hear by what it don't know, but, think's is does. Is this about Reba as a Colonel or is it about a steel that sounds like a,lap with chicken licks?

If we were talkin chicken lips I might be able to keep up if we were talking about finger lickin, but I might think that all this is about sounding alike or like somebody else, like one chicken in the yard is gonna dignify another's by squawking. I think the old colonel lent some dignity to the brand that hasn't been seen lately and the admen should be branded. The BBC gets a woman Doctor Who and Madison Ave thinks they have to follow suit. sheesh, these suits.

The art of human hacking.

Shades of "as good as i once was" meets "billy's got his beer goggles on."

Well made commercial pushing genetic engineering while pushing the social.

"Devil in the details while en-route to Georgia...
Was in a bind cause he was way behind..."

The steel guy got more face time under a lap vs behind a psg.

Who doesn't love Reba...

Tongue in cheek I thought it was funny in a Rosemary's Baby sort of way..

Loved the Coltrane group choreo.

Missing Daisy Duke.. and by design.

Gending Bender.

Say it isn't so! Well, we all clamored for an empowered modern woman but frankly it's just the magical world of the supermen
transferred to women. Reba picks up cred by portraying an old colonel who wasn't a colonel? What was she thinking?

portraying an old colonel
Emphasis to old: that's how she will probably look like twenty years from now, only without the beard, off course.
