Sure. Wasn't sure what your situation is - are you coming down from Iowa, or already in the area?

There are more campgrounds in Dallas than those shown in the link I posted, but many are more distant, and a lot aren't rated very highly. Of those shown in my link, the website for The Vineyards Campground makes it look pretty decent, and it's only 6.5 miles from the Sheraton, provided you have transportation.

One year when the event was still at the Harvey, I saw that the late Jeff Newman had parked his 5th wheel rig inside the Harvey parking lot, but I doubt if a hotel would allow us mere mortals to do that.

When visiting family we stay at the Lewisville City Park on Lake Dallas. It's off IH35 and convenient hwy 121 that goes to DFW airport. Fills up fast so call for reservations.

There is a nice park a little distance from the hotel. West of Grapevine on Hwy.114. Not a bad drive. Northlake Village RV Park, Roanoke, Tx. You can google it and they should come up. www.northlakevillagerv.com Good luck, J.R.

If you can’t find anything closer Sandy Lake RV Park is in Carrolton which is in north Dallas about 15 miles from the Sheraton. You can take 114 3-4 miles east and get on the George Bush Turnpike and it will take you to their exit and it’s right on the corner. Very nice. I’ve stayed there many times.
