2017 Christmas Greetings to My Forum Friends

Post by Larry Bell »

Merry Christmas to all my friends on the Steel Guitar Forum.

For the past decade or so, I’ve recorded a Christmas or holiday themed tune to share with my buds on the Forum.

All these songs -- and others -- are available for free on my website -- make your own Christmas CD from them with my good wishes!

Click below for the full list

It's kinda fun to listen to the variety of guitars -- I believe there were 2 Push-Pull Emmons guitars, 2 Fessies, and a Show-Pro present from time to time.

All were just quick & dirty sessions using tracks from the web or Band in a Box -- and pretty rough mixes with very little production.

I hope you enjoy it -- click on the song titles below -- all are 3Mb+ mp3 files --

Larry,

I am a little slow here and just discovered your downloads last Christmas. They are fantastic with Hard Candy Christmas being my favorite. Thank you so much!

Nice job, Larry. Thanks.

Another vote here for 'Hard Candy Christmas'. I had to play that song eight times a week during the West End run of 'Best Little Whorehouse...' in 1982 and I never tired of it. I'd get goose-bumps hitting some of those changes!

Happy Christmas to you and yours, my friend.

Thanks for the kind words, guys.
Incidentally, my personal favorites are the two 'Charlie Brown Christmas' songs. I think 'Christmas Time is Here' is my all time favorite Christmas song.

Have great holidays!
