It was not a push pull Larry. However, that steel sure did sound good to my ears.

Outstanding by Buddy and Hal

Thank you Paul for the answer. I downloaded a copy from youtube but I am going to buy the DVD if I can find a copy.
I am going to Nashville in few days for a Vacation so maybe I can find a copy there.

Thanks again

I believe you can get a copy from Hals daughter Tammy. She is on Facebook and there is a page there dedicated to Hal.

Hal's grand daughter has a website to raise money to help visually impaired kids learn to play a musical instrument. The website is https://mattysvision.com/. There are other CD's available on the site. They have the Sonny Burnett, Hal Rugg, Weldon Myrick called steel guitars of the grand ole Opry. I had a vinyl copy of that album years ago but don't have any longer so I ordered that along with the Bell Cove DVD.

That was some show! Would have been great to be there. I was at the ISGA in 1982 when Buddy was there with the Nashville Super Pickers! Scotty was sitting on the floor in front of Buddy when they played Faded Love! I thought Scotty was going to have kid! Buddy made that steel sound like a fiddle! I taped it and wore out the tapes playing them.
