You'll need the same setup of That Black Hybrid Zum which belonged to Buddy Emmons ...
Or, try this ...
Tune the 10th string one step down (A) ....
The A pedal should raise only the 5th string ....
My E Lever (RKR) lower the 9th string as usual to C # and raise my 10th string from A to B..
That was the way I found to play this song
