I am going to be in Louisville KY Sep 1 and Nashville Sep 2; If anyone has any recommendations for venues where I can see some steel playing on those dates, would love to see them. I know I can see Tommy White for a couple of tunes at the Opry, but what else is happening in Nashville that folks can recommend?

Hi Richard. There are probably some clubs around Louisville that have steel on the weekends, but I've not kept up. I don't know about Sep 1. That being a Thurs., may be hard to find here.
I'll ask around though and will post if I find anything. |

I'll be at the Basement East on Woodland Street in East Nashville on Saturday the 2nd. There will be a couple other bands there with steel players as well. Starts at 8:00
