HELP!!! Lap steel guitar in piano case

This custom lap steel was designed by Sacred Steel master, Lorenzo Harrison in the late 1970's.
Family members don't recall who built the guitar other than the fact that Lorenzo did a lot of business with people in the Nashville area in those days. Just wondering if the engineering work looks familiar to anyone on the forum.

I can tell you three things about this rig:
The lap steel used to be a Sho-Bud Permanent;
That's a cool rehoming of a Twin Reverb;
I'm glad I'm not the roadie.

Why not just mount the whole thing in the bed of your truck, then you can just drive it on stage!

That's pretty awesome!

I'm guessing it makes sense as a permanent/fixed instrument in a church (like a piano or always-set-up-drum-kit). Of course, there are those guys who haul upright piano's to gigs in LA (I think Ben Folds used to do this!).

That appears to be an old Hammond M3 organ that was gutted out:

Thanks to all that responded, you guys are very funny. David Gertschen, thanks for that photo, very close resemblance. Wish I could find the person or company that built it just to get more background information.

Jerry Van Hoose, I was thinking more on the level of the Smithsonian museums or some other credible places that respect skillful, creative and innovative pieces work.
Ripley's Believe It or Not! is a franchise, founded by Robert Ripley, which deals in bizarre events and items so strange and unusual that readers might question the claims.
