I'm trying to figure out how to get my A and B pedals from having so much play in them.Everything is in tune open and raised, but if i move my A,B pedals up and down by hand there is way to much movement.Where do you adjust from? Also on the bellcranks for the pedals, there are allen screws(not the screws that hit the bottom of the cabinet),but the ones that swivel on the crank itself. What are they for?-Thanks,Jim

First we get it in tune, then we improve the "timing". It's a mix between the placement of the bellcrank bushings on the pullrods and the tuning nut landing timing.
Gotta work on my A pedal too, it's a little sloppy. Study the diagrams in the above .pdf file. Print out the pages then cut and paste (literally or with a software package) the Dekley line drawing to get a feel where everything goes.

The allen screw on the pedal may be to secure it to the short piece of shaft so the shaft doesn't pop out of the square block that bolts to the pedal bar.
