Good job Norma Jean. It'll be here before you know it. With this lineup we're sure to have another good show.

We welcome Larry King on bass and Larry Jackson on drums as they join Roy and Mike for a topnotch backup band.

Sadly, we'll miss our good friends the Hanleys, but I know Gene and Gayla Earlene will do a fine job with the Church service.

Eddie, I really enjoyed your music and the good visit in Branson. It's great to have you coming to Siloam Springs.

Ray, we'll miss you for sure. It just won't be the same without you here. Since you're the one who got me started, you know you get either the credit or the blame for me, :) (depending on which way you look at it). :)

Larry, We are going to have a little singing going on, too. Shelley, Janie. Karen, Andrea, and I will all be singing. Do we need to bring some mics?
Janie (the drummer) is Dickey Overbey's little sister, so I know she will be happy to hear some of Siloam Springs Convention steel players.

Thanks to the SSSGC for inviting me to play on their show again this year. I'm looking forward to seeing and visiting with friends. Looks like a great line up of players. I well miss seeing Ray Qualls and the Newbery's. Also will miss one of the main stays of the club as Virgil Pittman passed away this past year.
It looks like it may be a wet weekend but it will be dry inside so come on out and enjoy some good country and Gospel music, with lots of steel guitar.

Eddie we'll miss you but understand. It looks like we're in for lots of rain alright. Hopefully next time it won't be such a drastic amount. Stay safe and we'll see you down the road.

Norma,
I have looked forward to this ever since I was scheduled to play but the weather has other planes.
I hope there will be another time! It's 125 miles from my house right through the middle of the storms. Please give me some consideration next time.
Have a great time and stay safe!

We made it home about 30 minutes ago. A tornado came across Hwy 59 just North of Natural Dam and downed trees across the road minutes ahead of us. We were the 4th car in line stalled while workers and the Sheriff Dept officers worked in a downpour clearing the highway so perhaps that last few minutes I spent telling folks bye may have kept us from arriving at that spot the same time as the tornado. Timing is almost everything! I hope everyone makes it home OK. I think Siloam Springs has already gotten 7 inches of rain.

Hey there Norma, Sorry but because of the torrential rains and flooding conditions, Zane and I will not be able to travel there to play on the Siloam Springs Steel Guitar Show this year! We were really looking forward to it but perhaps next time. Again we are sorry!

Are the highways open? Someone posted a picture of a highway going through Siloam that was flooded.
