First Tab - Intro - Whiskey Bent & Hell Bound

Not really MY tab, but pulled from Johnny Up's description in his YouTube video. Does this seem close to the mark? Hope the bar lines and note values aren't a distraction, but it's hard for me to attempt something like this without them.
BTW, what do you guys use for an "up-knee" lever? "UP"?
