Does anyone know where would be the best place for the spring reverb tank, if I split the head and speaker, on a sessions 400, would it work as well under the amp as it would under the speaker. Any comments. Confused Jim Goins

I understand every single word you said there, Jim. Too well.

The signal goes out to the reverb tank but then goes back into the head before finally becoming a signal for the speaker so that's why the tank is really a part of the electronic system and not part of the speaker cab.

We manufactured a Peavey Mace in a top box style of cabinet and the reverb RCA jacks should be facing the front of the cabinet. Not much else to it.

Thanks guys; I was thinking, since it was a spring reverb, it might need the vibration from the speaker, but I guess it just needs the signal from the head. OKAY Have a nice day. JIM. Very Happy
