My guess is 6139. Look for either a paper label or something stamped in the wood. Forty years ago, there was a sticker in there saying the model number and who inspected it upon completion.
Sweet guitar.
2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
More amps than guitars, and not many effects

It looks to be a Sho-Bud Professional, model 6139. It has a round-front, which indicates that it was likely built around 1972-1973. The serial number indicates the same.

I have a round-front 6139, which I gig with. These are very reliable guitars with exceptional tone. I can not offer much information on the current value, but would guess that it would be around $1,500 (U.S.).

6139. I had not seen a black one before I got mine, and I had not seen a green one til I saw yours!

1973
January 2947 3062
February 3063 3160
March 3161 3282
April 3283 3391
May 3392 3504
June 3505 3607

You can see built in June 1973. They did call them "Single-10 Professional".

My first ShoBud was a 1975 S10, 3/4 like this one, but it had the 3 raise, 2 lower changer. I think the last year for barrel changers was 1973 or 4.
