Roger, I think that's Peggy Sue...Loretta's sister. And Hal Rugg.

Bill, I'd say you're right.....I forgot about Peggy Sue
recording during that era.

Yes, it is Peggy Sue who sometimes really sounded like her sister. She recorded some good stuff, most of them with the great Hal Rugg playing. :)
