Day to Emmons

I tried both Day and Emmons set up. Personally, I prefer the Emmons set up. The late great Jeff Newman claimed that either set up is O.K. Duane Dunard of Duane's Music in Troy, Mo. told me that he understands the Day set up is better for older people who have trouble rocking their ankles. I'm 60, and the Emmons set up works just fine for me. Try 'em both and see which one feels the most comfortable to you.
