there is a brass pin with a set screw that fits in pull bar (bell crank) that the pull rod is attached to. Is this a local hardware item or OEM only?

I had a small problem with a tuning gear on my GFI so I e-mailed GFI to find out how to proceed. The problem was quickly resolved.

My recommendation: directly email GFI. Their email address is gfipedalguitars@bigfoot.com. They have fantastic customer support.

Thanks for your reply. I am having a exchange of email with GFI about the part.
But I do find a lot of parts are available
from hardware or other sources.
