Has anyone any knowledge about the 1963 Bejay USA Benjack Pedal Steel Guitar that is offered on ebay

It looks to be a copy of an old "fingertip" Sho~Bud, with maybe some Marlen influence. The single-finger changer is pretty limited, by today's standards, and that it has only 7 pedals and no levers doesn't help, either! So, it seems a little overpriced.
