Hi all,

I am looking for any reviews, input on buying a small amp that I could use at a local jam session near me. They usually don't use any amps. They are an acoustic group, but they will make an exception for the pedal steel....

Thanks,
Larry

Me too. But I like their Cube Street even better.

This is the one I saw Bobby Ingano using a couple of years ago: https://www.roland.com/us/products/mobile_cube/.

+1 for the Cube Street. Nice amp.

I have a little Vox DA-5 that's also good. Got it used for $50. It doesn't sound quite as good as the Cube Street but it's a good little amp.

Formerly attended a similar jam session at a local restaurant and used a 'Lunch Box Jr.' amp (held its own against twelve Martins and an electric bass with no problem whatsoever). The amp measures 7-1/2"W x 5-1/2"H x 4-1/2"D, weighs very little, and operates on either 12V or AC power. One nice feature is a 9V out to power your effects pedals. No longer using so it is available for $100.00 plus actual shipping if interested.
